This is vital for operation sustainability as information such as the program’s Disaster Recovery plan and status; impacted customers; approximate users affected; criticality rating; Product Owner and responsible team; hardware and software lists; Ports, protocol and service management are collectively stored in ServiceNow. • As a part of the NBIS operations team, I play a role in developing requirements, collaborate with external teams in implementing and configuring operations software such as ServiceNow, Configuration Management and other applications, and performing the various tests to ensure it meets NBIS’ expectations.
