I led the chemistry strategy for a kinase program addressing post-MI reperfusion injury. My interest in compound physical properties and ADME led me to introduce a simple approach to solubility determinations, later dubbed "kinetic" solubility. My contributions in meeting project milestones and introducing new approaches resulted in my advancement in Novartis. -
