• Conducts and directs the daily activities and requirement of the laboratory under the direction and guidance of the Chief Chemist / CEO.•Authorized personal to accept samples to the laboratory.•Assists to the operation and administration of the laboratory.•Assist and direct laboratory staff for analysis.•Monitors and recommends training needs of subordinates and assist their training.•Assist to Senior Chemist for personnel & work evaluations of subordinate annually.•Provides data and assists in preparation of daily, monthly and annual reports. •Assists in stock taking and maintaining of proper levels of analytical reagents of the laboratory.•Supervision on SLLS products.•Participates in all Laboratory Quality Assurance programs.•Carries out other duties assigned by the immediate superior.•In-depth understanding of ISO 17025:2005 as well as experience with paperwork related to ISO Management•Implement quality management system (QMS) into all departments and ensure its ongoing efficiency.•Provide reports on how the system can be improved.•Organize quality management meetings with superiors to determine the best way to run each department.•Perform testing of customer satisfaction and/or complaints regarding each service or product.•Interpret test results in order to resolve issues within each department.•Monitored each department to ensure the adherence to ISO 17025 requirements.•Filed updated and maintained all paperwork related to ISO Management.•Coordinate ISO procedural upgrades with consultant.•Responsible for filling out and submitting all ISO-related paperwork.
