I am a psychologist with expertise in human behaviour, workplace safety, psychometric design/evaluation, risk management, and organisational culture. Currently I teach research methods and statistics into the Master of Organisational Psychology program at City, University of London. My research has focused on the design of psychometric measures for organisational climate and culture with a specific emphasis on risk and physical/psychological safety. I have a strong interest in the development of different organisational culture types (e.g., safety culture, risk culture, information security culture), the development of high performing teams, human factors, human-autonomy teaming, and the human aspects of both information security and national security practices.I am an Associate member of the Australian Psychological Society, a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society, and I act as an adjunct lecturer for the University of Adelaide across undergraduate, honours, and master’s levels.
