Motorcycle sales

- Responsible for corresponding with customers, tow companies, law enforcement agencies, dealerships and attorneys in order to facilitate delinquency resolution through advanced contact, consultation and collection efforts. - Use of strong negotiation skills to move forward with optimal outcomes with customers, authorized third parties and attorneys in order to protect and recover Harley Davidson property. - Conduct all activities necessary to resolve third party lien requests, including but not limited to, delivering information to the attorneys for proofs of claim/reaffirmations, contacting customers and attorneys, and processing lien requests on all Harley Davidson Financial property. - Strong ability to close over the phone and negotiate resolution for HDFSI and to all parties involved. - Manage a queue of approximately 180 to 350 accounts per month.

- Supervises multiple crews and projects to the safest most cost effective level on construction jobsites, as well as, maintain communication between engineers and architects. - Oversees the planning, installation, and construction of projects including communications with customers, suppliers, and purchasing departments from the estimating process thru completion. - Respond to inquiries, educate users and follow the project through to completion to insure total customer satisfaction. - Analyze blueprints, specification proposals and prepare cost and labor estimates.

- Provided crime prevention and law enforcement services for the Town through proactive patrol, preliminary investigations, and traffic control duties. - Responded to calls for police service (disturbances, burglaries, prowlers, suspicious persons, etc.) and takes necessary action. - Secured crime scenes and arrests suspect(s) in misdemeanor and felony offenses and assisted in conducting criminal investigations. - Filed Training Officer for training of new recruits in patrol, offense, and arrest reports. - Participated as a member of the SWAT team that worked with Dallas Constables.

- Provided crime prevention and law enforcement services for the Town through proactive patrol, preliminary investigations, and traffic control duties. - Supervised individuals in City of Richardson jail who have been charged with a crime as well as people in jail awaiting trial. - Responsible for making sure the inmates are processed into the system and supervising the prisoners at all times.
