As a Senior Designer at Tulloch, my primary responsibilities involve providing design and drafting services to our Sudbury, Ontario office. I provide expertise on diverse land development and road projects, creating preliminary and detailed design drawings for both private and municipal clients. Additionally, I prepare graphics, plan materials, and public presentation documents. My role also includes contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of Tulloch’s project delivery standards, ensuring the highest level of technical excellence and quality in project execution.

Primary responsibilities are to provide design and drafting services in our Burlington, Kitchener and Vaughan offices, to support engineering design projects. The position includes developing and preparation of preliminary and detailed design drawings for municipal infrastructure and road work projects, calculations of quantities for cost estimating, preparation of graphics and plan materials for various report documents, and preparation of public presentation materials as required. The position also requires coordination with other design groups within CIMA, and to act as a CAD technologist for other disciplines, including transportation, structural mechanical and electrical. As the CAD lead for the Burlington office the position also requires coordination with the CAD manager in maintaining the most effective software tools, assisting in the development and implementation of CIMA’s Ontario project delivery standards to ensure technical excellence and quality of project delivery that is compatible with ISO 9001 requirements.
