ResponsibilitiesSupport Reman and Service groups' international shipments of production materials via crating and loading/unloading shipping containersz.Assist in implementation and maintenance of 5S and Lean manufacturing best practices.Assist in setting up kanban for Reman center.Help to maintain necessary inventory of manufacturing supplies (MRO), e.g. latex gloves, cotton swabs, etc.Reorder material as necessary to replenish Raw-in Progress (RIP) and line-side storage.Repackage and/or de-trash raw material as needed in order to present material to production as appropriate.Assist with cycle counting of material to ensure inventory integrity. Assist with the preparation of goods for shipment.Perform basic data entry transactions.Move powertrain assemblies from production line to Reman center.Move component parts from all areas of the factory to the Reman center.Other tasks as necessary.

Unloading of shipped raw materials for receiving. Daily communication with Team Leader to ensure the flow of work meets the demands of our customer base. Help maintain the MATERIAL REJECTION and QC, locations to ensure proper inventory management. Computer skills for moving, tracking and locating parts and material, additionally the ability to research and retrieve supplier/customer resources and requirements as needed.Other duties as assigned Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Capable of communication clearly and professionally by telephone, email or fax.
