Bella Italia Castleford is a very busy Italian Restaurant in the Xscape Complex in Castleford. I undertook various duties at Bella Italia during my employment. This included greeting customers at the door, taking orders for food and drink, and taking payments both in cash and by card. The job was very customer facing and part of my role was to deal with customer complaints and resolve them satisfactorily. I left Bella Italia to work in a company more local to home.
