The CMS stores all patent application artifacts, interfacting with 15 Application Information Systems (AISs). The CMS supports tables with 45 billoin+ rows and response time in the order of 14 milliseconds.• Designed and guide the implementation of a conversion service that detect “boiler plate text” in free form text and transform it to an XML4IP representation. The detection algorithm uses a Pattern Matching technique that leverages Levenshtein Distance along with regular expression.• Designed and implemented core components for the Trademark Next Generation portfolio inclusive of the Synchronizer, the Persistence Layer, and the Comparator. The synchronizaer component supports transactional based synchronization between a Unisys Legacy mainframe and the new web-based system.
