Tech Magic is a technology company in the greater Denver area providing high quality web development, desktop support, general technical support, computer repair, network support and premiere individual focused computer training courses.

As the lead IT support staff for this dental technology milling center I had many duties. Custom Milling Center (CMC) was a licensed 3Shape scanner sales distributor and a milling center that used various CNC machines and 3D printers to create dental implants, restorations, and models. My primary function at the company was to troubleshoot, support, diagnose, setup, and warranty the scanners in the field as customers bought them. It was my job to be the first line of support for customers in addition to acting as a liaison between the scanner manufacturers and the consumers when appropriate. I was able to do this successfully for a customer base of over 2,500 dental labs and practices with very little assistance or supervision. I provided IT support services for the workfoce in the company that included desktop support, network support, email support, hardware support, and much more. I designed a web application coded in PHP/MySQL and it was used in the day-to-day operations to bridge the communication between departments. This application enabled employees to easily and efficiently communicate what was taking place with the daily workflow moving in and out of the business. I had a wide range of responsibilities at CMC and never hesitated to ask someone or point something out if I thought something didn't look right.

As a team memeber and a part of the IT staff at Focus Corporation I had several important duties there. Focus Corporation was a multifaceted corporation that had real estate, retail, and special event merchandising operations across the United States. Centrally located in Denver, Colorado my job was to maintain a windows 2003 SBS computer network. Many of my day-to-day responsibilities included windows desktop support, windows server support, network support, retail inventory maintenance, shipping and receiving, web development, and website maintenance. As a multifaceted corporation I performed these duties to the employees in the facility I worked in as well as to 5 other locations across the United States through remote support and scheduled visits. While working at Focus I developed a web application that served as an error reporting system to supplement the inventory management system the retail division was using. The application development, deployment, and employee training was a huge success and saved the company a lot of work by stopping inventory discrepancies before they occurred.

As a document services contractor some of my duties and accomplishments included:-Installing, setup, troubleshooting and solving all copier and printer issues throughout all 10 facilities.-Developed a desktop application with Java to streamline the daily management of the convenience copiers.-Used Adobe Acrobat forms and File Maker Pro by customizing the Adobe saves as XML feature to allow File Maker to receive the form data by import.-Logged all copier and printer errors and vendor service calls by entering the malfunction and outcome information into my application.-Worked with a wide variety of vendors and manufacturers of printers and copiers including: Hewlett-Packard, Xerox, Tektronix, Copystar, Konica Minolta, Aficio, Toshiba, Savin, and Brother.
