Being a Head for 4 LAMPs in West Area (Jabodetabek, Bandung, Medan, Palembang), coordinating them in order to do their routines JobDes, as well as being their coach to get an optimal monthly performance (in term of Consumer Activity and Sales Achievement).

Being a Brand Representative in assigned area (Jabodetabek) to:- Propose any creative and innovative of Consumer Activity to the Brand Management, to suit the proper touchpoint based on the consumer insight which relate to Brand Management Campaign Strategy.- Implement the consumer activity (ie.: Off-Air, On-Air & Digital) based on the Brand Management’s strategy and collaborate with the Distribution Team.- Give any input to Brand Managements upon the suitable POSM to be implemented in consumer activities or in outlets, - Monitor the competitor activities in assigned area, by visiting outlets and observing the ATL/Digital Promotion, in order to be an input for Brand Management.- Encourage (as a coordinator of LAM Team) other LAM member to be proactive to monitor the Salesman & Sales Clerk Incentive Program from Brand Managements in their assigned areas, in order being implemented optimally.- Conduct a regular training of Product Knowledge for: SPG, MD, APL Team, 3rd Party Salesman (ie.: RSD, Key Account, Outlets).- Collaborate with Distribution Team for sales performance monitoring (ie.: conducting regular business review & regular outlet visit), so I would be able to analyze brand problem in outlet and assisting Distribution team to solve the problem from marketing side.- Motivate & coordinate (as a coordinator of LAM Team) to achieve the goals of area performance, in order all LAM Team member are become more solid and support each other to get a better performance.- Be a Project Leader (since 2016) who responsible for all SPG Project (Brand: Natur-E) national wide.- Be a Speaker in consumer activity (as a representative of Brand).- Assist Brand Management upon the new product grand-launching in several cities.

Assisting a Brand Manager in developing the product:- Analyzing the potential market and consumer behaviour.- Identifying the suitable promotional strategy.- Maintaining the consumer & distributor relationship. - Preparing the monthly business review.- Responsible for handling consumer events related to the Brand PromotionAssigned Brand:- Decolgen Herbaflu (2012)- Bloodcare (2013)- Natur-E (2014).
