•Coordinate and control the preventive and corrective maintenance procedures of the different nodes according to the programming established.• Coordinate and control the attention and afterwards diagnosis of level 1 and 2 faults that are not reported by the Monitoring and Control Management. •Check and assign the tasks relative to the corrective derived from the analysis and study of the reports of faults issued by the Transmission Management, Mobile Network Support, Core Network Optimization, RF Optimization and Customer Support to the personnel under his charge depending of the expertize of each worker.•Assign resources that participate and guide the activities relative to expansions and new implementations to detect in real those activities that impact or could impact in the future the operation of Movilnet cellular service. • Oversee the periodical revision of CCD spare parts stock and request to the Spare Parts and Logistics Management any reposition of spare parts pieces. •Coordinate and control the emergency activities for the operating sustainability in cases of electric faults, infrastructure and transmission media that generate or could generate service interruptions of the cellular network. •Coordinate and control night shifts, maintenance windows and any labor out of office hours executed by the O&M personnel, as well as to control the man-hours and extra hours of each person to distribute in a just manner in the group.
