• working with Company’s IT department on CRM improvement (suggesting algorithms to improve system functioning and raising Revenue / identifying bugs in the system, understanding them and working with IT department on solving those);• acting as in-house helpdesk for our CRM (reviewing all the requests/complains from company’s agents, prior sending them to the IT department, as most of those could be solved on my end);• acting as day to day operations manager (assisting agent in non-standard situations, communicating with irritated driver’s/brokers);• subtitling Account Managers during their vacations, sick days, etc. (to make sure company will provide proper service to the customers);• analyzing customer’s (brokers) results with other Landstar agents and identifying perspective ones;• working with Account Managers to improve their results (CRM adjustments, new features, assigning new customers, etc.); • other responsibility to guarantee Company’s proper day to day operations;

• receiving calls from drivers, who are interested in available loads, communicating with brokers to get that load for our driver;• working with a paperwork for every booked load;• solving issues related to my loads (driver’s delays, unpredicted reschedules from the customer side, etc);• suggesting Company’s CRM improvement and fixes (as a result was promoted to position of Technology and Process Manager)

• transition of the Dispatch department from US to UA;• adjusting existing and implementing new procedures for more effective and productive functioning of the Service department;• day to day management of the dispatchers;• educating new and existing dispatch personnel• scheduling and controlling installations of the new systems (working with customers to meet their desired date of the installation / verifying that Manufacturing plan have required systems in the schedule / controlling that systems will be delivered ontime to our technicians)• supporting Sales department during their communication with customers (questions related to technical side of company’s systems);• verifying manufacturing plan to make sure Service department will have all the needed systems and parts;

• servicing customer’s equipment, installation new systems;• participating in R&D activities (testing new parts / assembling prototypes, etc);• providing technical assistance over the phone to field technicians, customers and 3rd party technicians;

• supervising day to day operations for the Night Shift Sales; • training of a new agents, creating training plans, organizing classes in an auto-body shop;• controlling workflow, scheduling agents for a better coverage, tracking team’s performance;• working with Updates department in regards of adding new products to the web page, fixing bugs and errors on the web page;

• preparing paperwork for the customs for importing agricultural equipment (grain storage Silobag technology); • consulting customer regards equipment, providing quotes, arranging product delivery to the customers;• providing trainings to customer’s employees;

• purchasing agricultural products from manufacturers and local traders;• arranging delivery of those products to company’s storage;• making all documentation for grain trading;
