The program focuses on Academic Success, Healthy Habits and Good Character & Citizenship. I managed the program operations for one of the Brooklyn sites serving approximately 750 youth ages 5 - 18 years old. My responsibilities included managing the annual budget, ensuring yearly member registration, and recruit, hire and train staff. I supervised approximately 30 staff and 10 - 15 Summer Youth Employees (SYEPs). I served as the liaison with feeder schools and local partnerships and assisted in the Executive Director's fundraising efforts.
