Responsible for building TD's Big Data platform on top of Hadoop (CDH5) and other Hadoop Ecosystem Technologies like Hive, HBase, Solr Search; as an independent consultant through CAPCO.

Making progress in the area of using Big Data technologies for real-time analytics, online machine learning and using online behavior to determine sales readiness and lead quality. The insights are intended to help Sales and Marketing teams with optimal decision making to increase client base and revenues.Since 2011, we are using Hadoop on Amazon AWS, to analyze raw Web traffic data from all OANDA's global websites to fully understand multi-touch channel relevance in the customer journey to registration. This analysis not only helps Marketing team identify channels that bring in most registrations, but also helps understand the quality of acquired clients after combining online with offline data.Focusing on - Predictive Analytics - High Value Client, Churn, Conversion Prediction Models- Multi-touch Marketing Spend Attribution - In house U-Shape model that takes non-web data into account- Behavior Analytics - Using online behavior for Lead Scoring, Churn detection, etc.- Upgrading to Hadoop 2.2 + Impala for data processing
