With an in-depth knowledge in Scrum, Project Management and Marketing I am currently progressing my career in insurance area. I am highly aspiring in solving comprehending business problems, while generating solutions to enable successful business deliveries to stakeholders. 🔎 Technical Skills: Tableau, Sylectus, SPSS Statistics, Jira, SQL and JQL, Confluence, Miro Google analytics, Google ads, Meta, SharepointPrior to joining Vhi, I gained valuable managerial experience in marketing at a footwear retailer, where I reached a leading position and was responsible for brand development. I successfully managed projects such as website development, social media representation and promotions, staff development programs, and brand strategy and loyalty program. From my short working experience I learned that I am highly interested in solving business challenges, improving business efficiency and introducing structure to the business activity. As a Business Analyst (Graduate Program) at Vhi, I contribute to the development and delivery of innovative insurance products and services that enhance the health and wellbeing of our members. I apply my Scrum knowledge and agile mindset to facilitate workshops, meetings, and web-spaces, using tools like Miro, Confluence, and Jira. I also leverage my analytical skills and curiosity to explore data, trends, and customer feedback, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.While working in Vhi strategic office I was tasked to deliver a Communication Platform for whole department. It needed to include updates from different sides of business, elaborate on strategic streams as well as share business activity. Due to the lack of experience and complexity of the project, I approached senior leaders of each program, collaborated with team members and engaged with Agile Coaches to deliver the project. Through that experience I learned how to communicate with different part of the business and leverage the risks of projects.I have been working with various cross-functional teams consisting of different leadership level. I am able to effectively collaborate and always seek for bringing values to the team and stakeholders.Outside of my work I am keen on watching soccer, hiking, doing road trips and reading books. I passionate the most about soccer and rooting for FC Barcelona and Sunderland AFC.During my spare time I dedicate myself to personal development through the consumption of beneficial literature and engagement in diverse educational programs.
