This tool helps identify potential risks and ensures that sensitive information remains secure from unauthorized access or use.Quality - The quality ticketing system was created to establish a unified company-wide platform for collecting, prioritizing, escalating, resolving, and reporting on quality issues in a consistent and efficient manner.2023-2024 -Focused on automation and instrumentation.Developed Gopher, an advanced instrument scheduling system designed to ensure timely and efficient access to scientific instruments. Gopher not only streamlines instrument scheduling but also collects and analyzes utilization data across projects and labs. This data-driven approach optimizes asset usage, schedules preventive maintenance, and enhances decision-making across the organization.

Offered consulting support for a Telehealth landscape project funded by a COVID-19 grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The project involved creating a comprehensive database of telehealth providers and developing Geographic Information System (GIS) map layers to provide a visual representation of the telehealth landscape across different regions.
