- Conduct one-on-one interviews and group interviews to assess prospective students.- Utilize our Salesforce.com database to identify trends and help answer strategic questions related to our admissions process.- Help support team conversion efforts via various communication styles to ensure all applicants are contacted within 48 hours and signed up to come in for the first step in the application process.- Occasionally support recruitment efforts via attendance at job fairs, community events, and recruitment presentations to connect with potential students.- Manage all students' documents, once accepted, and send communication to keep enrolled students engaged and prepared for the start of program.- Coach a small group of young adults through learning and development of professional skills as well as through internship and job search.- Facilitate weekly meetings where young adults are taught professional skills in order to move into a corporate career setting.- Manage social media posts and engaging with a wider audience to recruit young adults accordingly.--
