Job description: carry out the coordination function, lead, direct, plan, evaluate, direct, and maintain the implementation of the Legal Department's work based on the specified management activities, which include:• Translating strategy into action, and advising senior management regarding strategic business decisions and coordination function is fostering working relationships with relevant Divisions. • Provide mentorship and guidance to subordinates and provide legal services to other business units and management, particularly in form of legal advice or legal documents such as Contracts, Legal opinions, and negotiation with the company’s counterparts. • Coordinate work for Legal Department members and problem-solving (if necessary) to the extent of the capacity assigned to the Legal Department. • Coordinate work with related Departments and coordinate knowledge Management within the internal Legal Department. • Planning plan the annual work plan, and objectives/goals to be achieved by the Legal Department, taking into account the vision and mission of the Company. • Approve documents related to the Department (SOP). • Approve manpower requirements (if deemed necessary with the approval of the Board of Directors), and consider training needs for Department members. • Conduct work appraisals of subordinates and approve budget in a certain amount (if deemed necessary). • Planning based on the annual work plan, must establish KPI (Key Performance Indicator) & work area, and supervise and evaluate the progress of the Legal Department's work quality, including the achievement of planned goals and KPIs. • Evaluate the activities of the Legal Department and develop cooperation and a harmonious working atmosphere, and coaching, counseling, and training subordinates, for the Department's achievement and KPIs, to support the achievement of Company goals.
