- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the company's merchandising standards and maintaining these standards at points of sale.
- Developing and adapting the company's merchandising standards for newly designed retail spaces to exceed target profit margins.
- Participating in the creation of new and improvement of existing planograms and merchandising strategies to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Overseeing visual merchandising during new store openings and the rotation of focus product groups in priority locations.
- Establishing processes for systematic control of the company's standards implementation and streamlining communication between sales points, sales managers, and category managers.Additional Skills:
