Graduated Newton North high school in 2008 with a full time job in retail at Modell's sporting goods on Norwood ave in Newton, MA. I worked there through my graduation an further education at UMass Boston until a higher position and salary lured me away to City Sports in Dedham MA. I was hired as the assistant manager and was responsible for training to new employees, as well making $15,000+ deposits daily. After earning my Associates degree in 2013 from UMass Boston, City Sports the company declared bankruptcy and closed, i worked for the company from 2013- mid 2016. After relocating right outside to Philadelphia, PA i started to mange a residential property at 136 West Allens Lane, Mount Airy PA. Some of my everyday duties included collecting rent from a 3rd of the 52 apartments which were occupied as well making the deposits, lock and key exchanges, clean outs, maintenance and repair, evictions, showing new appts, and any emergency issues that came up since i lived on site i was very accessible. Jasi Inc LLC is the property holder i am contracted by and i am paid through my LLC Horne and associates, i am currently only part time employed by Jasi Inc as i have relocated to Boston MA. In the summer of 2018 I moved back to my home city to help take care of both my elderly parents and grandmother. Since moving back I worked at Landsdown Pub as a bar back and server for almost 2 years moving up the ranks due to high turnover and hard work leading to being hired as a server and leaving there almost earning 6 figures in my last year as runner up bar back on a team of 8. As well as working as a bar back i have invested into real estate, securing a property in Hyde Park MA. Currently at the end process of renovating and will be posting the property soon for sale, i plan to continue to buy and flip properties in the future.
