Mfg System Integration Lead
CurrentOversee IT Infrastructure solutions for Global EV product launches and deployment projects.Some sites include: CAMI(Canada), Ohio, Indiana ,MichiganCoordinate IT hardware requirements with site facilities, controls engineering, production, and material departments, and outside vendors.Initiate and lead weekly IT Infrastructure meetings between various teams and outside vendors for supporting projects.Develop Statement of Work for contractors and manage network infrastructure installation.Budget forecasting and reporting for the supporting project in compliance with corporate spending with savings initiative. Asset Management: Hardware and software license while keeping accurate monthly inventory reports in ITAM system. Assist in developing IT workshops in the MFG sites for project deployments.• Gathering MFG equipment details for plant floor and site requirements• Analyze network and wireless infrastructure (APs, TC cabinets, Wherenets, etc)Manage and implement network designs for new and existing facilities including wireless, fiber optics, telecommunications cabinets.Network Support: Network troubleshooting. Apply configuration for Cisco network switches, wireless access points, and Wherenet antennas. IP, port, and VLAN assignments.Identifying rogue agents interfering with NetworkPlant floor system deployment and support: Desktops, printers, application, scanners, mobile devicesIdentify wireless coverage issue and develops solution in facilities with wireless issues impacting productivity. Perform and coordinate Wi-Fi survey. Identify existing gaps with Wi-Fi analyzer tools in coordinate with network telecom team to improve connectivity. Server infrastructure deployment. Gather infrastructure, hardware, VM, and software requirements. Coordinate and implement installation strategy for server farm, storage, and backup/recovery solution to data center environment at multiple sites.
