As the Club Manager, my duties begin with doing community outreach to connect with local businesses and apartment complexes to offer membership discounts to employees and their families if we agree to a partnership. In the office, I make outbound calls to leads and receive inbound calls regarding questions, comments, and/or concerns at our location. Since I lead a team of fitness advisors, I use KPI and CRM to track revenue and sales reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Whenever I hire a new fitness advisor, I am responsible for their training and development to be able to generate revenue to the standard of our team goals. I am also in charge of payroll and accommodated leaves.

Helinger is a facility designed specifically for adults with disabilities ages 21-60. My job duties include creating lesson plans for the following week. I taught them new ways to improve motor skills with fun activities and courses. I, also, coordinated field events that were inclusive of those in wheelchairs so that no disability felt limited.
