With more than 7 years experience on youth and enterprise development matters, Mr. Deodati has been working on training, consulting, directing, coordinating, leading and coaching in the public and private sector organizations. He has been an advocate of youth development and facilitates youth lead enterprises growth. Mr. Deodati has performed consultancy and training on various youth led programs including “Unleashing Youth Entrepreneurial Potentials” with the ILO/YEF, YWE4FC- “Empowering Young Women for Freedom and Change” with the Action Aid International (T), “Graduates step to SUCCESS” with TAPBDS, “Agri-business, Financial management and capacity building-ICT4RD”, CSDI- “Capacity building for agribusiness owners, CHAUWAKI (Farmers Association)” Capacity building on Financial management and financial policy formulation, “Safari Wezeshwa project”; The Tanzania Breweries project supporting expansion of SMEs and OYE project under SNV-Agribusiness. Also he has worked on “Capacity building to diary producer organizations” on corporate Governance, policy formulation and business strategy for the TechnoServe under EADDII project. Mr. Deodati has moreover worked with UNIDO to link universities and private sector through internship programme to promote youth employability and entrepreneurship opportunities. He has also manage the project to support urban based refugees on unleashing their potentials and contribute to the host country economy; the programme by Asylum Access Tanzania (AATZ). Mr. Deodati has further conducted baseline survey on the Project Concern International project of Food for Education in the 4 districts of Mara region and mapping the youth economic activities in Mwanza city under the AWF project of Plan International.
