Study schedule of a project.Coordinates, check all materials, equipment and methods of Production Welding.Prepare corrective measure / action to meet Production Welding on time.Coordinate with other Department particularly QC regarding NDT, acceptance and other documents.Evaluate, revise schedule to meet project deadline.Prepare Accomplishments/ Progress report and attend Production meeting to report status of a project.Monitor movement/ transfer of welders and welding machines from project to projects.Perform other duties that may be assigned by superiors.

Observe, monitor and record productivity of welders using time and motion studies. Surveillance and recording of welding parameters required in the WPS and other project requirements. Coordinate project requirements with support group such as QC, NDT, Engineering and Maintenance. Recording and reporting daily progress and status of projects. Update welders continuity records and other documents required by the projects. Tracking of welders over-all performance on a weekly and monthly basis. Monitor and report daily attendance of welders in each project. Coordinate with Welding Consumables Controller all welding consumables for monitoring purposes. Request and coordinate NDE and Quality Control section. Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time. Follow HSE policy and company rules and regulations.

Coordinates to all Welding Supervisors and Foreman regarding issues and concern. Coordinates to all Welding Foreman and Welders regarding to their daily production. Checking and verifying of Welding Accomplishment Report. Updating and received drawing using welding monitoring application. Recording of Daily Accomplishment Report for Structural / piping on a daily basis. Organizing and maintaining of data files. Follow HSE policy and company rules and regulations. Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Examines Drawing and plan sequence of operation before fit up. Layout, cutting and fit up according to a plan and drawing. Perform tack welding to build up spots or short pieces with weld. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior. Grinds or chips rough edges, surplus weld or scale. Maintain cleanliness in the work area to prevent unsafe condition. Follow safety policy and company rules and regulations.
