Project Value $39 millionProject involved tying in Navy and Commercial fuel lines. Bypass lines were installed in order to execute the fuel pipe works and to be able to construct concrete hardened structure. Mr. Lagman assist with job controls to ensure compliance with contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing. Provide technical support and direction regarding project material controls including delivery dates, construction schedules and design requirements.

Oversee the total construction of multiple awarded military projects (8AMACC Projects) as Quality Control Manager and Project Engineer. Managed the project after award to include getting contractor on contract, prepare and review submittal, material take off and track materials in order. Responsible for conducting project site visits to field locations & resolve any technical difficulties of the project based on prescribed codes and specifications. In addition, Mr. Lagman was responsible for tracking job progress, ensuring safe work completion, and assembling closeout documentation.

Project Value $320 million. Mr. Lagman lead the transition of the 5-tower high rise residential property from construction phase into its operations. Collaborated with the proponents, construction and operations team, base build contractors, consultants and testing & commissioning group to ensure operations readiness of residential tower. Lead the team in building systems acceptance. This includes electrical, water, elevator, air conditioning, fire protection and FDAS system. Successfully performed major repair and maintenance with building with building’s critical systems without affecting operations. Writing post job reports and analysis in order to improve future operations.
