I designed the HubSpot CRM to make it easier for sales reps to have relationships with people. It eliminates the need for manual activity logging required by competing (and much more expensive) software; calls, emails, tasks and notes are all done via a Facebook-like timeline that shows interaction with a contact over time.

We did away with the traditional business plan curriculum and instead focused solely on "lean" methodology, and the results were incredible: 22 student-founded ventures graduated from the program in April 2013 and a handful are still cranking as of December 2015.
