I Managed liaison with print, electronic and social media on behalf of the OPNBA in a timeous and proactive manner. I Managed Strategic Communications with respect to the Vision for #ABraveNewBar and within the #OPNBA. Three (3) major assignments I handled include managing the media and communications strategy for the NBA Flagship Conferences viz: the NBA 57th Annual General Conference (#NBA2017AGC) in August 2017, the NBA 2017 Administration of Criminal Justice Act Conference (#NBA2017ACJAC) in November 2017 and the NBA 58th Annual General Conference (#NBA2018AGC) in August 2018.

[2013]. - Advising a Consortium of foreign and Nigerian Energy companies on its USD$105.9m syndicated medium term acquisition facility [2013].- The advisory process for a first tier Bank on its N50b HoldCo recapitalization. - The advisory process for a first tier Nigerian Bank on its Restructuring & N80B divestment from its non-banking subsidiary [2012].- The advisory process for a major Nigerian Bank on its N880.6b HoldCo Restructuring [2012].- The advisory process for a major Nigerian Bank on its N235.9b Merger process 2012 – 2013]. - Advising the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) on its N3 Trillion Zero-Coupon Bond Issuance [2011].- The advisory process for 2 major Nigerian Brewing companies on a N2.121b merger [2012].

Acted in the capacity of Legal Adviser/Company Secretary as well as head of the Business Development Group. A Representative list of projects carried out successfully include without limitation the following: - Participated in the process of securing a $6M USD & $1.1M USD facilities for the construction and installation of 10MW HFO Power Plant and initial 3.2MW Diesel fired EPP respectively from a Nigerian Bank for an Independent Power Project by a Nigerian Company in Sao Tome (2008).- Participated in the process of the procurement and execution of a Natural Gas Sale & Purchase Agreement (GSPA) for 50MMSCF/Day of Gas for 100MW IPP in Calabar, Nigeria between the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and a Nigerian Independent Power Project (IPP) Company (2008).- Advising on the N18m re-financing facility for a Captive Power Project [2008].- Advising on the N285m & N327.3m Procurement Contract with the Kaduna State Govt. [2009].

Acted in the capacity of Business Development Assistant - like an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant cum Chief of Staff position to the CEO and generally supervised staff and followed up on all company projects and activities.

Worked as an Intern post university and then as a National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) Member. Carried out generally assigned legal tasks ranging from Corporate/Commercial practice to Intellectual Property. Worked as part of several teams on several transactions including without limitation the merger/amalgamation and combination process for the merger of five major banks in Nigeria (the then Gulf Bank, Universal Trust Bank, Hallmark Bank, All States Trust Bank, and Lead Bank) further to the minimum capital requirement stipulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) (2005).
