Responsabilities:PLANNING:- Planning IT activities and services;- Program the IT governance plan already defined by the company;- Define objectives, goals, risks and projects;- Plan Help-desk and micro-computing services;- Create IT procedures manuals;- Analyze demands from the commercial and productive departments of the company.ORGANIZATION:- Coordinate IT activities and services;- Implementation of IT services / products;- Coordinate the Help-desk services and micro-computing.DIRECTION:- Elaborate projects and propose new applications/softwares;- Supervise the development of new projects and systems;- To manage the purchases and stocks of IT, to analyze technically proposals of suppliers in the scope of the selection of equipment and to assure the supply of the equipment within the established period;- Provide the acquisition of computer equipment;- Meet the demands of all commercial and productive departments of the company seeking solutions;- Analyze the demands of the business;- Evaluate the process of buying software and applications.CONTROL:- Control the management of the IT network, computer systems and IT equipment;- Control the performance of the implanted systems;- Control the help-desk service and micro-computing;- Control the quality and efficiency of the service;- Control existing hardware and software inventory;- Follow the process of contracting companies providing IT services. REPORTS:- Management of reports concerning the network infrastructure, computer systems and computer equipment;- Report the progress of projects, risks and satisfaction surveys to the Board of Directors;- Report the process of buying software and applications;- Update and publish the IT procedures manuals;- Report the updates of the publications of the company's website.

Problem-solving through:•Data tracking of KPIMetric models by all Operational team is available and updated to facilitate the collation of data.Create, analyse and maintain standard management reports and graphics to head of Operations CIO and COO, including end-of-month, quarterly and annually.•Support Daily input from departments monitoring and accessing information quickly and effectively.Manage the department interaction to ensure follow through and satisfaction are met.Serve as a direct contact with operations team and business team for report requests and data view.•Data analysysIdentify and highlight problem trends for management decision making.Escalade complex matters and ensure that SLA and deadlines for information and analysis are sent •Headcount ManagementMaintain up to date organization charts of all departments within Operations.Train operations on systems elements to improve and maintain accuracy of report requests.Contribute through effective data management to all departments.•Computer skills enhanced:-Process architecture and design-Ms excel.-T-24, CQM, CPC, CVU.-SQL server 2008.-SQL Reporting Services.

•Creation of reports, re-designing, customizing and developing reports per user requirements, generation of charts.-Master/detail reports.-Drill down reports.•Publishing reports, to corporate intranet through Query design.•Integration, extraction, transportation and loading (ETL) of data into R3 to generate reports from Sap BW.• Transferring data from development server to quality server and production server.•Using Multi-Cube analysis, pulling data from different data sources for report simplification. •Schedule reports on daily/weakly/monthly basis using Process chains.•Identify and troubleshoot ETL error during the migration of business objects.•Creation of BI pilot for end-user training guides.•Unit testing and follow-ups.Computer skills enhanced:•ABAP programming.•Sap BW.•Ms Office.•Business intelligence tools.•Bex analyzer.•Query design.•Business objects architecture.•Data warehouse.
