· Responsible for managing the inventory levels, schedules and availability of new or refurbished mobile devices· Review and act on order release, actions and lead time calculation (TAT) generated by the system (SEA RBMES)· Quality, process, and production based KPI to evaluate vendor.· Manages inventory stock level: the recipient, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, shipment loading & transferring, documentation recording and data entry intosystem.· Constantly plans out all warehouse resources, activities, and objectives; sets targets in relation to company objectives.· Organizes vendor staff training guide material to ensure and meet customers’ requirements and to organize safe working environment based on 3P5C (Proper Items, Proper Quantity,Proper Place, Composition, Coordination, Cleaning, Cleanliness, Carriage of attitude)· Efficiently and accurately enter all relevant System Inventory Transactions as defined by the process Work Instructions· Constant communication with transportation team to ensure all customers’ goods get received in timely manner. Ensure minimal material delay in system by scoring card system(KPI)
