I began my academic journey at the University of Minho, School of Economics and Management, where I completed my undergraduate studies. This period deepened my knowledge in economics and management, preparing me for future challenges.My first professional experience was in education, where I dedicated 17 years to teaching secondary school. This experience not only enriched my pedagogical skills but also solidified my commitment to the personal and professional development of my students. I consistently sought to enhance my educational skills, completing a Postgraduate degree in Teaching at the School of Education of the University of Minho, alongside attending various seminars and congresses.In 2011, I ventured into the business world by establishing Foco Criativo - Unipessoal, Lda. As challenges mounted, I made the decision to focus exclusively on the success of the company, the well-being of employees, and the respect for clients and suppliers, leaving behind my teaching career.Over the years, Foco Criativo thrived, giving rise in 2017 to Grupo Foco, composed of Foco Criativo, Foco Urbanedge, Foco Aeronautical Service, and Stick It Up. This conglomerate of brands is the embodiment of our continuous commitment to excellence and innovation in the services we provide.I also invested in my professional development by participating in various workshops at ISCTE, addressing crucial areas such as management and technology. Furthermore, I completed a Postgraduate program at the European University in Artificial Intelligence for Business, positioning myself at the forefront of technological innovation.I firmly believe in the ongoing success of Grupo Foco, guided by strong values and a dedicated leadership vision.
