I furthered my management studies by completing a Masters in Business Administration. I completed both my graduate & postgraduate studies (MA, MBA) at the University of the Free State. After completion of the latter, I joined the Centre for Business Dynamics at the Business School at the University of the Free State where I managed several business development projects and later on headed up Executive Education at the UFS Business School.In my capacity as a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional and keen Employee Engagement practitioner, I have a keen interest in the dynamics surrounding COMPLEXITY, CHANGE & its implication for STRATEGY.I also have a keen interest in Business Modelling and Planning practice and run a short programme / consulting service for SMME's for this purpose.
