Deon was schooled in Namibia and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Stellenbosch, before completing compulsory military training in 1987.He is an experienced entrepreneur and business owner with a corporate background in Tax (Tax Inspector for the Namibian Revenue Service), Insurance (Broker & Consultant for Sanlam) and Marketing (owning various small and medium sized enterprises).Deon is responsible for multiple successful start-ups within the private sector, both locally and abroad.
