Market research and strategy.My general management skills coupled with my strong technical ability makes me an all rounder.My past technical expertise are in waterproofing (APP & SBS bitumen, synthetic membranes, crystalline and cementitious waterproofing), performance flooring, sealants & concrete repairs and protective coatings. I specialize in specifications for repairs in structures like, bridge repairs and other concrete structures.I have done specifications for ( SANRAL, TRANSNET, SAPREF and more)I have held positions in sales, product management and business development and management.Practical experience was gained over the last 20+ years working in the construction industries.The practical and theoretical experience gained allows me to interact with both professionals and contractors in order to offer the best solutions. I have conducted business on the African continent in particular Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique & Botswana.
