Building an ESG and climate data SaaS solution to measure, monitor and manage climate change risk. Leading on business development for a go-to-market strategy which can be deployed across all the existing and new business lines. Building a motivated, passionate team to lead on the client servicing and domain knowledge. Establishing partnerships and distribution capabilities to showcase the solution outside of the existing client base. Clients include DB and DC Pension Funds, Insurance Companies and Corporates. These capabilities enable amongst other things TCFD reporting, Carbon Foot-printing, Climate Change Risk management and Impact and Sustainability Fund implementation. In addition, advising on strategic asset allocation, risk mitigation and strategy implementation for DB Pension Funds.

Designed the Alvara concept and protocol, assembled and built the team, and raised $4m seed funding. Alvara is a digital on-chain basket creation infrastructure platform to democratise fund management. The protocol empowers users to create ERC7621-BTS (Basket Token Standard) tokens, making it possible for anyone to become a fund manager.

Led multiple teams in the UK and globally across client servicing, business development and engineering to deliver the best in class SaaS and consulting solutions for ALM modelling, Climate and ESG analytics and Performance Attribution. • Built the industry-leading asset and climate analytics SaaS solution • Took this business from a startup to a mature offering, with a focus on achieving revenue growth, retaining and cross selling to existing clients and targeting new business. • Achieved this by building and nurturing the client servicing and business development teams globally. • Grew the UK business and strengthened the Ortec Finance brand by expanding the team to 23 client servicing consultants and business developers - cultivating client relationships and securing wins/partnerships• Established the UK business as the largest non-Dutch entity by enhancing the product line, expanding the sales and client servicing teams and exploring innovative approaches to increasing market share. • Expanded the climate modelling and consulting client base to 42 globally, including prestigious institutions like UN, University of California and CALPERS with 5 global distribution partners (including Mercer)

Managed all aspects of the relationship, strategy design and strategy evolution for Insight’s largest segregated clients such as E.ON, National Grid, Nationwide, Goodyear and General Motors. (CF30 authorised).

Built and managed a high-performing team of 12 analysts and consultants, fostering a collaborative environment for traditional manager research, ALM modelling, analytics, and consulting. Undertook significant business development initiatives whilst managing client relationships and providing strategic investment advice to Quantum's largest clients (DB and DC). Developed and maintained strategic partnerships with Fiduciary managers, putting in place a manager research database, to ensure clients received the best possible strategy implementation mechanisms.
