In my position as a Supeintendent I am charged with forward thinking in all aspects of construction to include lay of the land, utilities, dig depth, what the finish product will look like before it's done and homeowner experience. My duties include managing day to day building operations with company staff, vendor and trade personnel, material shortage and overages, problem solving, record keeping, streamline the construction process, safety and overall moral of my immediate and extended staff.

Manage and supervise maintenance department personnel; maintain and update operating and training manuals for department; prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly reports, analyze daily operations report data and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance related problems; daily review of operation of plant equipment and systems, anticipate and solve problems to identify opportunities for improvement to minimize unplanned downtime; initiate and carry out projects to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs; ensure city, county, state and federal regulations are met; direct, maintain and enforce the safety program; participate in objective setting, contract negotiations, development and performance review of overall plant performance.

Successfully managed the entire building process of custom homes. Responsibilities included designing blueprints, permit process, take-offs/purchasing agent, land development, excavation, foundation, framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, insulation, drywall, and trim. All required city, county and state inspections were completed with a 95% first time success rate. Extensive communication with homeowners and management of subcontractors and crews to resolve unexpected changes and material issues.
