Responsibilities Managing Tenant / Landlord interface for leased properties and ensuring Landlord delivers on lease obligations; Directing the work of outside Contractors and Consultants as required; Ensuring a proactive maintenance program; Managing all aspects of maintenance and Operations and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, switchgear and Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems; Managing all aspects of Risk Management, and Environmental Compliance including Budgeting, forecasting and reporting of operating expenses, Participating in the development of tenants’ Emergency Operations Procedures (EOP); Managing and completion of Property Inspections and annual Key Facility Assessment updates; Overseeing all operations of mechanical plants including HVAC systems, cooling towers, chillers, plumbing systems, package a/c units and pumps; Overseeing all preventative maintenance routines (PMRs); Identify energy reduction strategies and implement as permitted by client; Reviewing specifications and drawings; monitoring progress of projects Financial and technical monitoring and tracking of projects (follow-up and reporting); Responsible for power shutdowns and operation of standby power plants associated with projects; Assisting or leading building inspections and various audits such as: maintenance on HVAC, electrical distribution, environmental compliance.Identifying all building components where life cycle costing is reached or exceeded and submit associated projects to the Program Management team; Initiating SAR (Situation at risk) when the situation justifies it. strategic and space planning; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Self-motivated, detail and action oriented; Possesses five or more years working experience in Building infrastructure Operation and maintenance and multiple construction projects; Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel; Possess excellent verbal/written communication skills;
