I have been in sales, sales management, and Marketing my entire life. The last position as the sales and marketing director was amazing and I am now looking for a new challenging chapter. Training is a passion and I have developed many consultants to a management level in my career.I am very goal driven and believe there is always a way to achieve sales targets and objectives.Management of sales teams and sales managers at all levels is a passion and I enjoy developing people to achieve and grow both personally and within their careers.I have been promoted within every company I have worked for and during this process completed many training courses, seminars, webinars etc.I have designed, implemented, and trained many of my own courses on sales, sales management, personal goals, etc over the years. My biggest training achievement was the Management development program, I did this at 2 of my previous companies.At my last job, 85% of the entire sales management team was trained by me from consultant to manager. Including the Provincial managers.
