Supervise and manage 40 direct reports, to ensure efficient loading, unloading, and processing of customer shipments. Supervise and plan hourly employee schedules to meet daily operations goals. Enforce all company, FMCSR, OSHA and DOT policies, rules, regulations and laws as required. Coach, train and develop employees consistent with company policy. Overview in all areas of the company to include, sales, customer service, safety and security. Hands on training on 3 operational levels of the company.
