I previously was employed as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Essential job function were to serve customers by selling pharmaceutical products while meeting customer needs. My job duties included services existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. I adjusted content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factors, while focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. I also submitted orders by referring to price lists and product literature, while keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.I also monitored competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. I recommended changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. I enjoyed resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, while making recommendations to management.I maintained a professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.I also provided historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales, while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Create test items for ACT according to written criteria to be used on the ACT test for college admission. I have not only written test questions, I have worked in a "reviewer" capacity, as well, editing and offering suggestions for other writers to improve the quality of test questions for the ACT college entrance exam.

Assumed total classroom responsibility for teaching all levels of Chemistry. Have also taught Biology I & II, Health I & II, Applied Biochemistry I & II, as well as Health Occupations for dual college credit. I served on the Building Leadership Team (BLT) since the inception of this committee, and assumed a primary role as a key teacher for staff, while leading and designing professional development opportunities as well as speaking engagements for our school at local and national conferences. I have been trained on many research-based "best practices", and enjoyed a very rewarding teaching career while employed here. I not only consistently reached our building-level goals for standardized testing, but surpassed them by a large margin.
