Let me ease your fears. Or not! (LOL) People think flight attendants are living this glamourous life and we aren't very smart. Gotcha! You may know people who have thought that? Not you of course. (Lol)PRE INTROFlight attendants are responsible for the safety of the passengers. That is no easy task! We just make it look easy. In an emergency we are trained to get passengers off the aircraft in 90 seconds. Didn't know that did you? As your teammate, I am committed to compliance and regulatory requirements. Flight attendants have to ensure that we collaborate gate agents, ground crew, and passengers for on-time departures. I understand the importance of working collaborative with a team and time management. We don't make those announcements about putting up your bags and getting in your seats because we love to hear ourselves talk. Welll...some people more than others. Therefore, I will work with my team to successfully meet daily department metrics, ensuring that I comply with the company's best practices. I consistently receive 4 out of 5 stars for excellent customer support quarterly due to successful daily prioritization of my tasks and attention to detail. Through my education and work experience I have learned the concepts and skills that will enable me to support providers, patients, and facilities in various legal matters. I have a passion for helping people and solving problems and a keen interest in the healthcare field. My goal is to leverage my work experience and customer success expertise with my education to pursue a career in the healthcare industry, again.
