This has been achieved with daily meetings, audits, training and inspections with all key players including cleaning staff, nursing/hospital staff and heads of department. Other duties include budget, purchasing, stock control, sub-contracts and financial management.

Food and menu planning and creation, costing, purchase, preparation, portion control, cooking and delivery to over 150 customers daily. I was involved with all aspects of this business including marketing, admin, computer and sales.
