Network Rail Consulting (NRC) is the international consultancy arm of Network Rail – the owner and operator of Britain’s mainline rail system.Contributions centered around operational readiness for new/existing transit projects, asset management, training, writing and implementing SOPs, as well as designing superior processes for collecting and using data for decision making. Other focus areas included system integration into maintenance, operations, and rolling stock. Supported/managed a diverse array of projects at New York City Transit, Long Island Railroad, Toronto Transit Commission, and PATH, as well as collaborating on responses to RFPs for future work, including scoping, scheduling, and budgeting.
