For two decades I have devoted my  life to ensuring our communities are safe as an officer with the Cincinnati Police Department. Born and raised in Cincinnati, I try to  encompass the values of a leader, integrity, honesty and a strong commitment to being a good citizen.  Always leading by example, I was given a 2016 Exemplary Conduct Award by the Cincinnati Police Department and recently, I have been nominated to receive the Axon "Rise" Award for preservation of life. Proudly known as  'Mad Talker Mack', by the Cincinnati Enquirer, I use authenticity to help young men reach new altitudes by inspiring each to move from where they are to where they have never been.  My personal passion is to support Non-Profit Organizations that use there platforms to help those in our communities. My dedication, stems from being a teen father. I used the struggles I ensured as a young parent to build a foundation and used my new base as motivation to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology; this led to establishing a successful career in Law Enforcement and opening and operating several laundry/Dry cleaning businesses in Cincinnati.Finally, I serve as a member of the USA Regional Chamber Leadership Cincinnati (Class 45),  USA Regional Chamber Leadership Action Alumni, The Urban League's Leadership Alumi and I'm the Chair Adviser for Chief of Police Eliot Isaac's Community Advancement Initiative, Board Member of Big Brother Big Sister, Board Member of UMADAOP of Cincinnati. Also, I am a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, Delta Gamma Lambda Chapter.
