Crew Member
CurrentMy first experience working as a part-timer in a Drive-Thru restaurant involved rotating between various stations. I was responsible for ensuring that food was served quickly without compromising quality. Depending on the crew on shift, I handled different tasks, from taking drive-thru orders to preparing drinks and packing food—sometimes managing these simultaneously. This enhanced my multitasking abilities and sharpened my time management skills, as I had to balance multiple responsibilities while adhering to strict time limits for serving customers.I also applied the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to manage inventory effectively, ensuring that older stock was used before newer items. This experience taught me how each station plays a crucial role in the restaurant's efficiency, and how clear communication within the team is essential to maintaining smooth service flow.Job Scope:- Fries Runner- Drink Drawer/Runner- Runner (Packing of food)- Expeditor- Assembler (Assembling of food)- Initiator (preparing of food to be assembled for each corresponding order)- Taking orders and collecting payments (Drive-thru & front counter)
