o Maintained a database of roughly 20,000 accounts to process membership and renewal payments as well as daily member and non-member interactions totaling around 250-350 a day.o Built, implemented, and successfully managed 5-6 new structural processes in order to resolve troubled areas and improve day to day functions of the office. o Utilized my experience as an insurance producer and my prior knowledge of policies to facilitate, audit, and migrate all the existing organizations business insurance policies to a new broker/carrier which resulted in additional coverages not previously in place and cutting premium upwards of $8,000 for the year.
