After months of researching all the best service related industry opportunities within the UK, I made the exciting decision to utilise my years of Operational Excellence experience and Entrepreneurial skills to create my own specialised Sanitation and Disinfection company. Where better to base such a value add enterprise than in the great city of London, and hence in December 2019 Munditia Ltd was born.Munditia translated from Latin simply means Cleanliness, Hygiene and Elegance. We strategically focus our attention on site sanitation and disinfecting in the fast paced Property Development industry.

Established a consultancy (remaining as Supply Chain Operations Manager at I&J via Nippy Logistics part-time) after several approaches from FMCG network contacts to fulfil turnaround and value optimisation roles. Key engagements:05/2018-12/2018: Ecowise (International FMCG factory cleaning company) Worked for the CEO, reviewing/enhancing procurement, inbound and outbound logistics & warehousing.10/2017-05/2018: RTE & FMCG Seafood Industry Expert, Oceana Group, Lucky Star brand Worked with the Operations Director to undertake a full operational analysis and implement change for the largest pilchard canning company in Southern Africa.10/2016-04/2017: Interim Operations Manager & Consultant, Three Streams Smokehouse Drove continuous improvements for the largest processor and supplier of Salmon & Trout value-added products to a large high-end South African retail chain.06/2015-08/2016: Interim Sales Director, Highlands Trout, LesothoImproved access to the African Market by securing and selling produce via retail distribution partners whilst Farm owners attracted new Investors.12/2014-06/2015: Interim General Manager & Expert FMCG Consultant, Pescaluna East Coast (Pty) Ltd.Worked with the Managing Director and owner to undertake a value-add consultancy engagement, launching a number of bi-products to access new markets.02/2009-02/2012: Operations Manager then General Manager, Oceans Edge Worked for a multi-billion VC fund Basileus Capital to grow top/bottom line at seafood retail & wholesale company and project manage the design and build of an aquiculture arm.

Created start-up company and was contracted by I&J as sole 3PL supplier distributing fresh & frozen produce to I&J’s national retailers; built/co-ordinated a fleet of 12 refrigerated vehicles and oversaw the smooth day-to-day transportation of up to 180 tonnes monthly of fresh produce within retailer SLAs.

Managed 800 employees and the entire production schedule in a 24-hour operation to deliver 100 tonnes of produce; developed/deployed strategies to create incremental revenues and embedded continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield.

Managed 280 employees in the factory and introduced Lean and technology initiatives (SAP) to modernise the processing facility, improve yield and eliminate waste.

Selected for a fast-track to Management Program, learning all aspects of the business, spending time at sea on vessels and undertaking value-add consulting projects in the main I&J processing factory.

Transformed the business model, re-engineered processes and drove CAPEX investment innovations which helped the business diversify, access new APAC markets and uplift margins.

2-year contract as part of the board (SLT) team to help grow top and bottom line growth and project manage the design and build of multi-million CAPEX innovations to enhance this FMCG operation.Responsible for the fleet with 300 employees and factory with a workforce of 850, including multi-million OPEX/CAPEX, production, engineering, H&S and operational risk.
