With the OMS Metrics team we develop tools to empower customers, support, operations, and developers. A performance profiling tool called Execution Metrics for our internal language called Xpresso. A generic framework for gathering and publishing metrics from OMS, the workday kernel, out to Wavefront. A scheduler framework for time based delay and recurrence of background processes. A system monitoring tool to give customers insight into what tasks are currently running in the OMS.

I work in the OMS Metrics team for Site Reliability Engineering at Workday. Our team is tasked with creating new tooling to provide more insight about our application runtime. This move from Apps to Tools has allowed me to move down the stack into the guts of the Workday Platform. I bring with me a wealth of experience in XpressO, an internal language.

I work in the Financials Development team for Business Assets at Workday. We practice agile development with 4 week sprints.
