Currenta ) Drive SLP initiatives , policies & policies across the assigned Area b ) Interface with the Area Operations Team to create awareness about SLP compliance c ) To prevent , detect , and resolve all incidents of shoplifting , transactional fraud , of internal , external malicious activity . d ) Engage in the process of analysing , monitoring , detecting and resolving discrepancies found in the cash , inventory , and financial transactions , exchanges , and reconciliation processes across all stores in the assigned Area . e ) Skilful deployment of the tools and strategies utilized for combating theft and fraud such as overt and covert CCTV , DVRS , EAS , Security Fixtures , and monitoring of key items , assets , and departments . f ) To assist key store leadership during times of threat or crisis to minimize risks to life and property g ) Assuring that departments and areas conduct a daily perpetual inventory of key high shrinkage items and conducting root cause analysis when there are discrepancies in the counts . h ) Identify existing or potential risk exposures unique to the local environment and executing counter measures to the same . i ) Administration of the security staff on outsourced rolls . j ) Track performance of Security Agencies . k ) Having a knowledge of SAP .
