Role includes numerous programs with multinational partners.Projects include: Marine Corps team lead for blue sky concept to holistically re-imagine the utilization, integration and acquisition of robotic and autonomous systems within the entire Department of Defense.Marine Corps lead for Concept for the more effective consideration of human factors within military and national security planning.Marine Corps lead strategist for concept which will permit DoD Health Services to provide medical support to globally distributed forces in support of crisis response and disaster relief operations while reducing Health Services budget by 10%.Co-architect of strategic concept which maintains U.S. ability to project and sustain globally distributed assets and personnel in support of crisis response operations while reducing the annual budget by $42Bn annually.Authored strategic concept which allows the Marine Corps to meet a 30% increase in crisis response requirements while reducing personnel by 13.5% by strengthening key multinational partnership agreements.Authored multinational report on the use of land and amphibious forces to counter advanced threat systems in a contested environment. Co-authored multinational report on conflict deterrence and containment. Contributor to multinational concept for mitigation of electromagnetic spectrum and space access degradation.
